SHIPPING
Our current turn around time to package and ship your orders is 1-3 business days, and up to 4-6 business days during sales, re stocks and new product launches. All orders are shipped from our office located in Arlington, Texas. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your package ships. While we do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time Explore the Outdoors Books cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather, USPS service delays, COVID-19 etc.
Shipping protection covers lost or damaged packages. Please contact Karly at info@exploretheoutdoorsbooks.com if you need to file a claim.
*Shipping protection does not cover return to sender packages. If an order is returned by USPS, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
If an order does not have shipping protection, we are unable to refund or replace the order.
Explore the Outdoors Books does not collect duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees unpaid. Explore the Outdoors Books cannot currently predict what these fees may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your countries customs policies. Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees. The estimated delivery time for international orders depends on the country.
